The Greater Hartford Wesleyan Church's Current Projects
The Greater Hartford Wesleyan Church has a long and proud history of providing outreach and support to our communities. We have included a partial list of our successful community programs.
Some of our most successful programs include:
- "Bread Ministry" - We receive bread and other baked goods weekly to distribute to anyone in need. All are welcome to come and make a request for a box.
- "Fun Day" - Every Saturday after Labor Day, the Men's Group sponsors an end-of-summer day of fun and food for the family.
- "Oh Give Thanks" - Every Thanksgiving, we ask for donations from our congregation for turkeys and trimmings to distrubute to anyone in the community who may not have enough for the holiday.
