Our History
The Hartford Wesleyan Church was founded in Hartford, CT in 1991 by the Merrick family (Pastors Keith and Esther) to meet the ministry needs of the ever changing community in the Greater Hartford Area.
Since then, The Greater Hartford Wesleyan Church has expanded the scope of its community services to include distrubution of food and clothing to those in need,
counseling and support.
The needs of our community seem to be growing by the day, and we have recently expanded to meet these needs. Over the years, we have learned that what people sometimes need the most is someone who will listen to their concerns - someone they can turn to for support when the going gets tough. And that's what The Greater Hartford Wesleyan Church, under the ministry of Pastor Peter and Lady Sherene Isaac, is all about.
